Langley covers a lot of ground, from townhouse rows to farm acreages, and we work across all of it. Willoughby and Walnut Grove are full of townhouse complexes and newer houses with tight garages and three floors of stairs, where strata rules often decide where our truck can park. Murrayville and Brookswood have older houses on bigger, treed lots, so garages, sheds and yard waste build up over the years. Out toward Fort Langley and the rural parts of the Township, there are acreages with outbuildings, old fencing and scrap metal to clear. In the City of Langley it's more often apartments and older houses near downtown. Wherever you are, we carry everything out and load it ourselves.

Langley's Free Large Item Pickup vs. Calling Us
Langley is two municipalities, the City of Langley and the Township of Langley, and each has its own free large-item program with different rules. Here's what each one's page says (checked October 2026).
Township of Langley
- Properties with municipal garbage collection can have up to 4 large items a year picked up, by appointment.
- Not accepted: home renovation materials (toilets, bathtubs, sinks, drywall, plumbing), lumber, TVs and tires.
- Mattresses and box springs must be bagged or sealed in plastic, and only 2 of the 4 items can be mattresses or box springs.
City of Langley
- Detached single-family homes can schedule up to 4 large items a year.
- Banned: mattresses, carpets, tree stumps, lumber and demolition or renovation materials, and tires.
Both programs are fine for a few pieces of furniture or an appliance. We take mattresses too, so if the City of Langley's program won't, we will. For renovation debris, a garage or basement cleanout, more than four items, or anything you need gone this week, we'll load it and haul it. Not sure if we can take something? Text us a photo and ask.

Langley's Metro Vancouver drop-off is the Langley Recycling and Waste Centre on 272 Street, out in the Township. Rather than drive a loaded vehicle there, let us haul it: metal is recycled and yard waste composted whenever possible, and dump fees are already in your price.

Can you get into a townhouse complex in Walnut Grove or Willoughby?
Yes. Townhouse complexes are a big part of our Langley work. Visitor parking is often tight and many stratas have rules about service vehicles, so tell us the complex name and any rules when you text your photo. We park where we're allowed and carry items down the stairs and out through the complex, so nothing has to wait at the curb.
Do you deliver garden soil and mulch to new Willoughby yards?
Yes. Plenty of newer Willoughby houses come with small, bare yards that need garden soil, topsoil, compost or bark mulch, and we can bring it. We'll supply the material, or collect what you've already paid for at a landscape supply yard. Send the address and rough bed sizes or a photo, and we'll give you a price and book a delivery time.
Will you take a mattress in the City of Langley?
Yes. The City of Langley's free large-item pickup doesn't accept mattresses, and Metro Vancouver bans mattresses from regular garbage, so they can't simply go out with the trash. We carry mattresses and box springs out of any room, along with the bed frame and anything else you want gone, and the price is confirmed before we load.
Why not just use Langley's free Large Item Pick Up?
You can for a few items. The Township of Langley takes up to 4 items a year for properties with municipal garbage collection, but not renovation materials, lumber, TVs or tires. The City of Langley takes up to 4 items a year from detached single-family homes and bans mattresses, carpets, stumps, renovation materials and tires. For mattresses, anything else, or when you can't wait, we'll load and haul it.
