Full-Service Junk Removal in Surrey

Surrey is a big city, and every part of it fills a load a little differently. In Fleetwood and Newton it's often a basement suite being emptied between tenants, or an older split-level whose garage hasn't fit a car in years. Clayton and Cloverdale bring newer townhouse complexes, where the strata may have rules about where a truck can park, plus acreages around Cloverdale with sheds, old fencing and brush piles. In South Surrey, from Ocean Park and Crescent Beach up to Grandview Heights, it's mostly downsizing, renos and big yard cleanups. Wherever you are in Surrey, we do the carrying, the loading and the dump run, and metal and yard waste are pulled out for recycling or composting whenever possible.

Here's how it works: text us a photo of what needs to go and get your price the same day (we're open 7 a.m.–10 p.m., every day). When you're happy with the price, we book a time, show up with our truck and dump trailer, carry everything out and haul it away. Dump fees are included, and we recycle or compost whatever we can.

What we take

  • Household junk & furniture
  • Mattresses
  • Appliances
  • Construction & renovation debris
  • Scrap metal
  • Yard waste, branches & soil
  • Garage, basement & moving cleanouts

Surrey's Free Large Item Pickup vs. Calling Us

The City of Surrey runs a free Large Item Pickup program, and for a couple of household items it's a good deal. Here's what the City's own page says (checked October 2026):

  • Houses with City garbage collection get up to 6 items a year, or 8 with a registered secondary suite. Unused pickups don't carry over.
  • Apartment buildings with City recycling get up to 4 items a year, booked through the strata or property manager.
  • Every pickup has to be booked ahead. Items go out to the curb by 7:30 a.m. and can be collected any time until 7:30 p.m.
  • It doesn't take renovation or demolition material (doors, countertops, cabinets, drywall, windows), bathtubs, toilets, sinks, carpets or fences.
  • Mattresses have to be wrapped and sealed in clear plastic.

So the city program works for a few items you can carry to the curb and wait for. When it's reno debris, a full garage, a basement you're clearing out, or you've already used your items for the year, that's where we come in. We carry it out from wherever it is, load it into our dump trailer and take it away, often the same day or the next.

Junk Removal Across Surrey's Neighbourhoods

We cover all of Surrey: Whalley/City Centre, Guildford, Fleetwood, Fraser Heights, Newton, Panorama, Cloverdale and South Surrey. Your price depends on how much there is, how far we drive and how easy the items are to reach, so tell us your neighbourhood when you text your photo and we'll include it in your quote.

Cloverdale and Clayton

Cloverdale, including Clayton and Clayton Heights, is part of Surrey, so the same City Large Item Pickup rules apply. Newer townhouses and homes here often have tight garages and stairs between floors. We do the carrying, so you don't have to get anything down to the driveway first.

South Surrey

Grandview Heights, Morgan Creek, Ocean Park, Crescent Beach and Sunnyside are all part of South Surrey, and we cover every one of them. If you're just over the line in White Rock, see our White Rock junk removal page: White Rock has its own rules and no curbside large-item pickup.

What Junk Removal Costs in Surrey

Jobs start at $100, and most Surrey jobs run about $150–250, depending on how much there is, how far we drive and how easy the items are to reach. See the full junk removal price guide.

Where Your Junk Goes

Surrey residents who haul their own junk drive to Metro Vancouver's centres in Newton or Port Kells. We save you that trip: scrap metal is recycled and yard waste composted whenever possible, the rest goes to proper disposal, and dump fees are already in your price.

Also need yard waste removal in Surrey? We do that too. We also do junk removal in nearby Delta, Langley and White Rock.

Need Mulch, Soil or Gravel in Surrey?

Besides junk removal, we deliver bark mulch, topsoil, garden soil, compost, gravel, drain rock and sand across Surrey, from South Surrey garden beds to Cloverdale acreages. Text us what you need and where for a price. See landscaping material delivery.

Junk Removal Surrey – FAQs

How much does junk removal cost in Surrey?

Jobs start at $100, and most jobs in Surrey run about $150–250. The price depends on how much there is, how far we drive and how easy the items are to reach, so a ground-level garage and a Fraser Heights basement full of furniture can price differently. Dump fees are included, and we confirm the price before loading.

Do you deliver mulch, soil or gravel to Cloverdale acreages?

Yes. Besides junk removal, we deliver bark mulch, topsoil, garden soil, compost, gravel, drain rock, crushed rock and sand to Cloverdale acreages and properties across Surrey. We can supply the material, or pick up and haul material you've already bought. A big order of gravel or sand is heavy and may take more than one trip. Text us the address and what you need for a price.

Can you clear out a basement suite in Fleetwood or Newton between tenants?

Yes, that's common work in Fleetwood, Newton and Guildford. We carry out whatever the last tenant left behind (mattresses, furniture, small appliances, bags of garbage) up the stairs and out to the trailer, so you don't lift anything. Send a photo of each room and you'll get your price the same day. Same-day or next-day pickup is often available.

Do I have to haul junk to the Newton or Port Kells recycling centre myself?

Not if you call us. Surrey's two Metro Vancouver recycling and waste centres are in Newton (6711 154 Street) and Port Kells (9770 192 Street), and Metro Vancouver bans things like yard trimmings, clean wood, drywall and mattresses from regular garbage. We load everything at your place, sort out what can be recycled or composted, and dump fees are included in your price.

Why not just use Surrey's free Large Item Pickup?

You can for a few household items: it takes up to 6 items a year for houses with City garbage collection (8 with a registered secondary suite) and has to be booked ahead. It doesn't take renovation or demolition materials, bathtubs, toilets, sinks or carpets. For reno debris, bigger loads, or when you need it gone now, we load everything and haul it away.

Do you take renovation and construction debris?

Yes. We haul renovation and construction debris, along with household junk, furniture, appliances, scrap metal and yard waste. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt and shingles typically start from $300 per load.

Do you cover Cloverdale and South Surrey?

Yes. We cover all of Surrey, including Cloverdale, Clayton and South Surrey. Price depends on how much there is, how far we drive and how easy the items are to reach, so tell us where you are when you ask for a quote.
